As soon as I saw these beautiful, girly bows at the 'Oh Darling' Ladies Night Out shopping event, I knew we had to put them to good use! I took a picture of the beautiful array of bows all pinned up on a bulletin board for purchase at the event. My mind kept spinning about all the different possibilities for these pieces! Here is the end result. Two stunning doll faced models adorned in colorful bows against a gray cement background, the ideal soft contrast. Color against slate. It was so fun to bring this vision to life with the talented group that came together and made it beautiful! xoxo, Sonia Garza

I saw this set and had to use it! I love the banana benches! This whole scene is breathtaking in the middle of the afternoon when the sun is beaming through the palm trees. Last spring I was definitely drawn to colorful things... but colorful in a rustic, grungy way. I decided to make some fruit basket head dresses to complement the banana benches and I asked Chabri Fashion to participate because her colorful designs are absolutely perfect for the editorial feel we were going for.

This was a portfolio update day with Ceejay Blake. We shot 4 looks that day and had a lot of fun! This is a peek at my overall favorite wardrobe. I love black lace!

Sarah and I get bored sometimes. This was one of those times of course. I wanted to practice some make-up blending and natural lighting techniques and she wanted to have some photo fun, so we did!
I used pinks, yellows and oranges for this soft look and attached a white bow made out of tool to Sarah's hair and we had a 'look' to shoot. The make-up was inpired by a M.A.C. make-up postcard that Lauren brought over for me to see. I love the soft blending effects that powder shadows can have without any eye shadow primer.
